Buffy the vampire season 2 [My review]

Buffy the vampire season 2 review for Slayalong

This month we had to watch season 2 of buffy the vampire slayer for Slayalong.. Slayalong is a fun watch-a-long where you have to watch one season a month and so for this month in April we had to watch season 2.. It starts from march to August 2019.. You can binge watch the show or make it last for the full month..

Slayalong for march to August

I started watching buffy on the 4th of April.. It was so much fun re-watching this show.. I am a big buffy fan and I have watch all the seasons so many times.. Season 2 was not my fav season..

My fav episodes are:

• Inca mummy girl
• The dark age
• What’s my Line: part 1
• What’s my Line: part 2
• Phases

1. I loved all the Angel and Buffy scenes that where before he turned bad..
2. I found it sad to see Angel bad..
3. I liked all the Giles scenes but felt sorry for him when he lost jenny and what angel done to him..
4. I liked when Kendra came on the show..
5. I have to say my fav slayers are buffy and Kendra
6. It was nice to see how much Giles cares for buffy as a father

My fav characters:

• Angel
• Buffy

• Oz
• Giles

Characters I did not like:

• Cordelia
• Spike
• Dru
• Jenny
• Inca mummy
• Angelus
• Xander

My thoughts on buffy season 2

There is 22 episodes in season 2 and it is well written.. Joss Wheldon done amazing job making this show.. I would say that season 2 was ok but not my fav..

I think that episode 1 is sad because you can see how messed up buffy is because of what the master did to her and she took it out on her friends and angel.. It was got to see buffy hug Angel..

There is so really good episode’s with buffy and angel.. They are my fav couple on the show..

Its sad when buffy gets angel back and then has to lose him again because she has to save the world as she always does because she is the chosen one.. I did not like when willow told Xander to find buffy and tell her that she is going to try and save angel but when he did find buffy he just said kill angel..

I really liked Kendra’s character and I would have liked to see more of Kendra because she was an awesome slayer.. Kendra and buffy are my fav slayers..

This season is not my fav because a lot happens in this season that is sad when angel turns bad, Giles lost jenny twice and a new slayer..

So my full rating altogether would be 6 stars out of 10 for season 2 which is not bad.. So over all i really enjoyed doing this Slayalong.. So i can’t wait until may so i can start season 3..
